1. قبول الشروط ونطاقها

تنظّم هذه الشروط استخدامك تطبيق «لغتي» (Lughati) لنظام Android وهذا الموقع. بتنزيل التطبيق أو فتحه أو استخدامه، فأنت توافق على هذه الشروط. إن كنت لا توافق عليها، فلا تستخدم التطبيق.

تكمّل هذه الشروط سياسة الخصوصية ولا تحلّ محلّها. وتنطبق إضافةً إليها شروط Google Play وشروط أي خدمة من خدمات Google تختار استخدامها داخل التطبيق.

2. من نحن

لغتي تطبيق يقدّمه Lughati (لغتي). للتواصل: lughatiapplication@gmail.com.

3. أهلية الاستخدام

لغتي موجَّه لمن بلغ 13 سنة فأكثر. إن كنت دون السنّ الذي يسمح لك ببلدك بالموافقة على هذه الشروط بنفسك، فاستخدم التطبيق بإشراف وليّ أمرك وبموافقته.

إذا أدخلت عمرك في التطبيق فهو اختياري، ولا يُستخدم إلا لضبط إعدادات الإعلانات المناسبة للسنّ كما هو موضّح في سياسة الخصوصية.

4. الحساب وتسجيل الدخول

لغتي يعمل كاملًا بلا حساب ولا كلمة مرور. «حساب Lughati» هو ربط اختياري لحساب Google بالتطبيق على جهازك، غرضه الوحيد التعريف بك ومزامنة تقدّمك إلى مساحة التطبيق الخاصة في Google Drive الخاص بك.

• أنت مسؤول عن أمان حساب Google الذي تربطه وعن الجهاز الذي تستخدمه.
• يمكنك فكّ الربط («تسجيل الخروج») أو حذف الحساب من داخل التطبيق في أي وقت.
• نحن لا نحتفظ ببياناتك على خادم لنا؛ نسخة المزامنة تُحفظ في Drive الخاص بك وتحت سيطرتك.

5. المحتوى التعليمي

محتوى لغتي — الدروس والمفردات والجمل والتمارين والأصوات والرسوم وشخصية زيزو — مُقدَّم لغرض التعلّم الشخصي غير التجاري. نبذل جهدًا معقولًا لدقّة المحتوى اللغوي، لكننا لا نضمن خلوّه من الأخطاء ولا ملاءمته لغرض محدّد مثل الدراسة الرسمية أو الهجرة أو العمل.

قد نضيف دروسًا أو لغاتٍ أو نعدّلها أو نزيلها، وقد تتغيّر ترتيبات الوحدات والمستويات مع تطوّر التطبيق.

6. الأصوات المولّدة آليًا ومحتوى الأطراف الثالثة

قد تستخدم لغتي نماذج وتقنيات تحويل النص إلى كلام مقدمة من جهات خارجية لإنتاج المقاطع الصوتية التعليمية. هذه المقاطع الصوتية مولدة آليًا وليست تسجيلات صوتية أصلية قام مالك لغتي بتسجيلها أو إنشائها، ولا تدّعي لغتي ملكية أي تسجيلات أو أصوات أصلية أو بيانات تدريب أو مواد أخرى تابعة لأطراف ثالثة قد تكون مرتبطة بهذه النماذج.

تعتمد لغتي في استخدام هذه التقنيات على التراخيص والشروط ومعلومات المصدر المتاحة من الجهات المقدمة للنماذج والتقنيات المستخدمة. ولا تدّعي لغتي أو مالك المشروع إنشاء أو امتلاك أو التحكم في أي مواد أصلية تابعة لأطراف ثالثة قد تكون قد استُخدمت في تطوير أو تدريب النماذج الخارجية.

يقر المستخدم ويفهم أن بعض الأصوات التي يسمعها داخل التطبيق قد تكون مولدة آليًا وليست تسجيلات لمتحدثين حقيقيين، وأن هذه الأصوات لا ينبغي اعتبارها تسجيلات أصلية صادرة عن لغتي أو عن مالك المشروع.

تظل أي حقوق أو مطالبات أو أذونات أو قيود تتعلق بالمصادر الأصلية أو التسجيلات أو بيانات التدريب أو الأصوات أو النماذج الخارجية خاضعة لأصحاب الحقوق والجهات المرخصة والمصادر المعنية، بحسب ما ينطبق. ولا يؤدي استخدام هذه التقنيات داخل لغتي إلى نقل ملكية أي حقوق تخص أطرافًا ثالثة إلى لغتي أو إلى مالك المشروع.

7. الاختبارات والتقييم

يتضمّن لغتي اختبار تحديد مستوى، وتقييمات داخل الدروس، وورقة نهاية المستوى، و«لغتي Test» كتقييم شامل موقوت.

• كل هذه التقييمات داخلية، وضعها لغتي لقياس تقدّمك داخل التطبيق.
• لغتي Test ليس امتحانًا رسميًا ولا شهادة معتمدة، ولا يصلح بديلًا عن الاختبارات المعترف بها دوليًا، ولا نضمن قبوله من أي جهة تعليمية أو حكومية أو صاحب عمل.
• النتائج تقديرية وقد تتغيّر مع تحديث منهجية التقييم.
• تمارين النطق تُقيَّم على جهازك، ودقّتها تتأثر بالميكروفون والضوضاء المحيطة.

8. الخطة المجانية والإعلانات

الخطة المجانية تتيح الطريق التعليمي نفسه ضمن وقت تعلّم يومي وعدد محدّد من جلسات المراجعة، وتحتوي على إعلانات.

• تُعرض الإعلانات عبر Google AdMob. أنت لست مضطرًا إلى مشاهدة أي إعلان مكافأة؛ مشاهدته اختيار منك مقابل دقائق تعلّم إضافية أو فتح مسار لغوي.
• لا نتحكّم في محتوى الإعلانات التي تعرضها شبكة Google ولا نُقرّها. للإبلاغ عن إعلان غير ملائم راسلنا.
• خيارات خصوصية الإعلانات والموافقة موضّحة في سياسة الخصوصية.
• قد يتعذّر تحميل إعلان (مثلًا بلا اتصال أو مع حاجب إعلانات)؛ في هذه الحال لا تُمنح المكافأة، ويبقى بقيّة التطبيق يعمل.

9. بريميوم و Test Pass والمشتريات

تتم كل عمليات الشراء داخل التطبيق عبر Google Play حصرًا. نحن لا نستلم بيانات بطاقتك ولا نراها.

• لغتي بريميوم اشتراك متجدّد تلقائيًا يزيل الحدّ اليومي والإعلانات ويفتح أدوات إضافية مثل ورقة نهاية المستوى وتخطّي ما تتقنه ومزامنة Google Drive.
• Test Pass شراء منفصل لمرة واحدة يتيح لغتي Test لمدة شهر أو ثلاثة أشهر. بريميوم لا يشمل Test Pass والعكس.
• الأسعار والعملات تظهر داخل التطبيق وفي Google Play، وقد تختلف بحسب بلدك وقد تتغيّر؛ أي تغيير في سعر اشتراك قائم يخضع لإشعار Google Play المسبق.
• الإدارة والإلغاء: يُدار الاشتراك ويُلغى من «الاشتراكات» في Google Play. الإلغاء يوقف التجديد التالي ويبقى الاشتراك فعّالًا إلى نهاية المدة المدفوعة.
• الاسترداد يخضع لسياسة Google Play؛ لا نستطيع إصدار مبالغ مستردّة بأنفسنا، لكن يمكننا مساعدتك في تتبّع الطلب.
• قد يُتحقَّق من الشراء لدى Google لمنع الاحتيال قبل تفعيل المزايا؛ إن تعذّر التحقّق مؤقتًا يُعاد المحاولة ولا يُفقد ما دفعته.
• المشتريات مرتبطة بحساب Google الذي أتمّ الشراء، وغير قابلة للنقل أو البيع.

10. رموز التفعيل والعروض

قد نتيح رموز تفعيل أو عروضًا ترويجية. إن عُرض عليك رمز فهو شخصي وغير قابل للتحويل أو الاستبدال بنقد، ولمرة واحدة ما لم يُذكر غير ذلك، وقد تكون له مدة صلاحية. يجوز لنا إبطال أي رمز حُصل عليه أو استُخدم بطريقة غير مشروعة.

11. الاستخدام المقبول

باستخدامك لغتي، أنت توافق على ألّا:

• تنسخ محتوى التطبيق أو تعيد نشره أو توزّعه أو تبيعه أو تستخدمه لبناء منتج منافس.
• تعكس هندسة التطبيق أو تفكّه أو تعدّله أو تتجاوز قيوده التقنية، إلا بالقدر الذي يسمح به القانون صراحةً.
• تتحايل على الحدّ اليومي أو على نظام الإعلانات أو على المشتريات، أو تستخدم أدوات آلية أو حسابات وهمية لتضخيم التقدّم أو المكافآت.
• تستخدم التطبيق لغرض غير قانوني، أو تتدخّل في عمله أو أمانه، أو تحاول الوصول إلى بيانات مستخدم آخر.
• تنتحل صفة لغتي أو تستخدم اسمه أو شعاره أو شخصية زيزو بما يوحي برعاية أو ارتباط غير قائم.

12. الملكية الفكرية

التطبيق ومحتواه التعليمي وتصميمه واسم «لغتي / Lughati» وشخصية زيزو وسائر عناصر الهوية مملوكة لنا أو مرخّصة لنا، ومحمية بقوانين الملكية الفكرية. لا تُمنح لك بهذه الشروط إلا رخصة شخصية محدودة غير حصرية وغير قابلة للتحويل وقابلة للإلغاء لاستخدام التطبيق على أجهزتك لغرض تعلّمك الشخصي.

يبقى ما تنشئه أنت — مثل اسم العرض الذي تكتبه وسجلّ تقدّمك — ملكًا لك، وهو محفوظ على جهازك وفي Drive الخاص بك كما تشرح سياسة الخصوصية.

يتضمّن التطبيق مكوّنات مفتوحة المصدر وخدمات لأطراف ثالثة تخضع لتراخيصها الخاصة، ولا تؤثّر هذه الشروط في تلك التراخيص.

13. توفّر الخدمة والتغييرات عليها

لغتي متاح في هذا الإصدار على Android فقط، ومعظم وظائفه تعمل دون اتصال بالإنترنت. أما تسجيل الدخول والمزامنة والإعلانات والمشتريات وتنزيل نماذج التعرّف على الكلام فتحتاج إلى اتصال وإلى توافر خدمات Google.

قد نحدّث التطبيق أو نغيّر مزاياه أو نوقف ميزة أو مسارًا لغويًا أو الخدمة كلّها. إن أوقفنا ميزة مدفوعة أثناء سريان اشتراكك أو Test Pass لديك، فسنسعى إلى إشعارك مسبقًا بوقت معقول.

لا نضمن توافر الخدمة بلا انقطاع ولا خلوّها من الأخطاء.

14. حذف الحساب والبيانات

يمكنك في أي وقت فكّ ربط حسابك، أو مسح بيانات التطبيق على جهازك، أو حذف حساب Lughati كاملًا مع نسخة Drive وإلغاء إذن الوصول. الخطوات كاملة في صفحة حذف الحساب والبيانات.

حذف الحساب أو البيانات لا يُلغي اشتراكًا قائمًا؛ ألغِ الاشتراك من Google Play أيضًا إن أردت إيقاف التجديد. ولا يؤثّر الحذف في سجلّات الشراء التي تحتفظ بها Google.

15. إخلاء الضمانات

يُقدَّم لغتي «كما هو» و«بحسب توافره»، دون ضمانات من أي نوع، صريحة أو ضمنية، بما فيها ضمانات الرواج التجاري أو الملاءمة لغرض معيّن أو عدم الانتهاك أو دقّة المحتوى. لا نضمن أن استخدام التطبيق سيحقّق مستوى لغويًا معيّنًا أو نتيجة معيّنة.

لا يُقصد بأي شيء هنا استبعاد حقوق لا يجيز القانون المعمول به لديك استبعادها.

16. حدود المسؤولية

إلى أقصى حدّ يسمح به القانون المعمول به، لا نتحمّل المسؤولية عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو تبعية أو عرضية أو خاصة أو تأديبية، ولا عن فقد بيانات أو فرصة أو ربح، ناشئة عن استخدامك التطبيق أو عدم قدرتك على استخدامه.

وفي كل الأحوال، تقتصر مسؤوليتنا الإجمالية تجاهك على المبلغ الذي دفعته فعليًا مقابل لغتي خلال الاثني عشر شهرًا السابقة للحدث موضوع المطالبة.

17. إنهاء الاستخدام

يمكنك التوقّف عن استخدام لغتي وإزالته في أي وقت. ويجوز لنا تعليق وصولك أو إنهاؤه إذا خالفت هذه الشروط مخالفة جوهرية أو إذا لزم ذلك لحماية المستخدمين أو الخدمة. وتبقى بعد الإنهاء الأحكامُ التي يقتضي طبيعتها البقاء، مثل الملكية الفكرية وإخلاء الضمانات وحدود المسؤولية.

18. التعديلات على هذه الشروط

قد نعدّل هذه الشروط. عند التعديل نحدّث تاريخ «آخر تحديث» ورقم الإصدار أعلى هذه الصفحة، وإذا كان التغيير جوهريًا نُعلمك داخل التطبيق. استمرارك في استخدام لغتي بعد سريان التعديل يعني قبولك النسخة المحدّثة. النسخة المنشورة هنا هي المرجع.

1. Acceptance and scope

These terms govern your use of the Lughati (لغتي) Android app and of this website. By downloading, opening or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

They complement the Privacy Policy and do not replace it. Google Play's terms, and the terms of any Google service you choose to use inside the app, apply in addition.

2. Who we are

Lughati is provided by Lughati (لغتي). Contact: lughatiapplication@gmail.com.

3. Eligibility

Lughati is intended for people aged 13 and over. If you are below the age at which you may accept these terms on your own where you live, use the app under the supervision and with the consent of your parent or guardian.

Entering your age in the app is optional, and it is used only to set age-appropriate advertising settings, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

4. Account and sign-in

Lughati works fully without an account and without a password. A "Lughati account" is an optional link between a Google account and the app on your device, used only to identify you and to sync your progress into the app's private folder in your own Google Drive.

• You are responsible for the security of the Google account you link and of the device you use.
• You may unlink ("sign out") or delete the account from inside the app at any time.
• We keep no data about you on a server of ours; the synced copy lives in your Drive and stays under your control.

5. Learning content

Lughati's content — lessons, vocabulary, sentences, exercises, audio, artwork and the character Zizo — is provided for your personal, non-commercial learning. We make reasonable efforts to keep the language content accurate, but we do not warrant that it is free of errors or fit for a specific purpose such as formal study, immigration or employment.

We may add, change or remove lessons and language paths, and the arrangement of units and levels may change as the app develops.

6. Machine-generated audio and third-party content

Lughati may use text-to-speech models and technologies provided by third parties to produce its educational audio clips. These audio clips are machine-generated; they are not original voice recordings made or created by the owner of Lughati, and Lughati does not claim ownership of any original recordings, voices, training data or other third-party materials that may be associated with those models.

Lughati's use of these technologies relies on the licences, terms and source information made available by the providers of the models and technologies used. Neither Lughati nor the project owner claims to have created, to own or to control any original third-party materials that may have been used in developing or training the external models.

The user acknowledges and understands that some of the voices heard in the app may be machine-generated rather than recordings of real speakers, and that such audio should not be regarded as original recordings issued by Lughati or by the project owner.

Any rights, claims, permissions or restrictions relating to the original sources, recordings, training data, voices or external models remain subject to the respective rights holders, licensors and sources, as applicable. The use of these technologies within Lughati does not transfer ownership of any third-party rights to Lughati or to the project owner.

7. Tests and assessment

Lughati includes a placement test, in-lesson assessment, an end-of-level paper and "Lughati Test" as a full, timed assessment.

• All of these are internal assessments, designed by Lughati to measure your progress inside the app.
• Lughati Test is not an official examination and not an accredited certificate. It is no substitute for internationally recognised tests, and we do not warrant that any school, government or employer will accept it.
• Results are estimates and may change as the assessment methodology is updated.
• Pronunciation exercises are scored on your device; their accuracy depends on your microphone and background noise.

8. The free plan and ads

The free plan gives you the same learning road within a daily amount of learning time and a set number of review sessions, and it contains ads.

• Ads are served through Google AdMob. You never have to watch a rewarded ad; watching one is your choice, in exchange for extra learning minutes or for unlocking a language path.
• We do not control or endorse the content of the ads Google's network serves. To report an unsuitable ad, write to us.
• Ad privacy and consent options are explained in the Privacy Policy.
• An ad may fail to load (offline, or with an ad blocker). The reward is then not granted, and the rest of the app keeps working.

9. Premium, the Test Pass and purchases

All in-app purchases are made through Google Play only. We never receive or see your card details.

• Lughati Premium is an auto-renewing subscription that removes the daily limit and the ads and unlocks extra tools such as the end-of-level paper, testing out and Google Drive sync.
• The Test Pass is a separate one-time purchase that makes Lughati Test available for one month or three months. Premium does not include the Test Pass, and the Test Pass does not include Premium.
• Prices and currencies are shown inside the app and on Google Play, may differ by country and may change; any change to the price of a running subscription follows Google Play's advance-notice rules.
• Managing and cancelling: a subscription is managed and cancelled under "Subscriptions" in Google Play. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the subscription stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
• Refunds follow Google Play's policy. We cannot issue refunds ourselves, but we can help you follow up on a request.
• A purchase may be verified with Google to prevent fraud before the benefits are granted. If verification is temporarily unavailable it is retried, and nothing you paid for is lost.
• Purchases are tied to the Google account that made them and cannot be transferred or resold.

10. Activation codes and offers

We may make activation codes or promotional offers available. If you are given a code, it is personal, non-transferable, has no cash value, is single-use unless stated otherwise, and may expire. We may invalidate any code obtained or used improperly.

11. Acceptable use

By using Lughati you agree not to:

• copy, republish, distribute or sell the app's content, or use it to build a competing product;
• reverse-engineer, decompile, modify the app or circumvent its technical limits, except to the extent the law expressly allows;
• work around the daily limit, the ad system or purchases, or use automated tools or fake accounts to inflate progress or rewards;
• use the app for any unlawful purpose, interfere with its operation or security, or try to reach another user's data;
• impersonate Lughati or use its name, logo or the character Zizo in a way that suggests a sponsorship or connection that does not exist.

12. Intellectual property

The app, its learning content, its design, the name "Lughati / لغتي", the character Zizo and the other elements of its identity are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual-property law. These terms grant you only a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on your devices for your own learning.

What you create — such as the display name you type and your progress record — stays yours; it is kept on your device and in your own Drive, as the Privacy Policy explains.

The app includes open-source components and third-party services under their own licences; these terms do not affect those licences.

13. Availability and changes to the service

In this version Lughati is available on Android only, and most of it works offline. Sign-in, sync, ads, purchases and downloading the speech-recognition model need a connection and need Google's services to be available.

We may update the app, change its features, or discontinue a feature, a language path or the service as a whole. If we discontinue a paid feature while your subscription or Test Pass is running, we will aim to give you reasonable advance notice.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

14. Deleting your account and data

At any time you can unlink your account, wipe the app's data on your device, or delete your Lughati account together with the Drive copy and revoke the access grant. The full steps are on the Delete account and data page.

Deleting your account or data does not cancel a running subscription — cancel it in Google Play as well if you want renewals to stop. Deletion also does not affect the purchase records Google keeps.

15. Disclaimer of warranties

Lughati is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or accuracy of content. We do not warrant that using the app will produce any particular level of language ability or any particular result.

Nothing here is intended to exclude rights that the law applicable to you does not allow to be excluded.

16. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special or punitive damages, nor for loss of data, opportunity or profit, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.

In any event, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you actually paid for Lughati in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

17. Termination

You may stop using Lughati and remove it at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these terms or where this is necessary to protect users or the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive — such as intellectual property, disclaimers and limitation of liability — survive termination.

18. Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms. When we do, we update the "Last updated" date and the version number at the top of this page, and if the change is material we tell you inside the app. Continuing to use Lughati after a change takes effect means you accept the updated version. The version published here is the reference.
