1. من نحن ونطاق هذه السياسة

تطبيق «لغتي» (Lughati) تطبيق لتعلّم اللغات لنظام Android يقدّمه Lughati (لغتي) (يُشار إليه فيما يلي بـ«نحن»). تشرح هذه السياسة ما الذي يحدث لبياناتك عند استخدام التطبيق، وأين تُحفظ، ومن يعالجها، وكيف تتحكم فيها أو تحذفها.

تسري هذه السياسة على التطبيق وعلى هذا الموقع أينما استُخدما، ولا تسري على خدمات Google التي يتعامل معها التطبيق؛ لكلٍّ منها سياستها الخاصة المذكورة في القسم 16.

2. ما يُحفظ على جهازك (ولا يغادره)

لغتي مصمَّم ليعمل محليًا. البيانات التالية تُحفظ في مساحة التطبيق الخاصة على هاتفك، ولا تُرسل إلينا ولا إلى أي طرف ثالث إلا في الحالات المذكورة صراحة في الأقسام 4 إلى 7:

2.1 تقدّمك التعليمي

• لكل مسار لغوي: الدروس المكتملة، محاولات الدروس ونتائجها، سجلّ كل عنصر تعلّمته (لجدولة المراجعة بالتكرار المتباعد)، الوحدات التي تخطّيتها، والإنجازات.
• نتيجة اختبار تحديد المستوى (المستوى المقدَّر لكل مهارة).
• سلسلة أيامك، هدفك اليومي ونشاط اليوم، نقاطك ومجموع خبرتك، وعدّاد الاستخدام اليومي في الخطة المجانية.
• جلسات الاختبارات والامتحانات داخل التطبيق ونتائجها وسجلّها.
• معرّف متعلّم عشوائي يولّده التطبيق عند أول تشغيل (ليس معرّف جهازك ولا معرّف الإعلانات)، يُستخدم لتمييز نسخة هذا الجهاز عند المزامنة.

2.2 تفضيلاتك

• لغة الواجهة، اللغة التي تتعلّمها، هدفك من التعلّم، وطريقة البداية التي اخترتها.
• اسم العرض الذي تختاره داخل التطبيق، وحقل العمر الاختياري (بين 3 و120). لا يغيّر العمر المحتوى ولا يُرسل لأحد؛ استخدامه الوحيد أن التطبيق، إن كان العمر المُدخل أقل من 13، يطلب من شبكة الإعلانات معاملة الطلبات على أنها موجَّهة لطفل، وإن كان بين 13 و15 يعلمها أن المستخدم قد يكون دون سنّ الموافقة (القسم 6). كلاهما ضمن التفضيلات التي تُنقل مع المزامنة إن فعّلتها (القسم 5).
• إعدادات التذكيرات، وسجلّ التذكيرات التي عُرضت عليك.

2.3 سجلّ الموافقات

عندما توافق على ربط حساب Google أو على المزامنة السحابية، يسجّل التطبيق محليًا أنك وافقت ومتى، ليعرف ألا يسألك مرة أخرى بلا داعٍ.

2.4 النسخ الاحتياطي لنظام Android

يسمح التطبيق لنظام Android بإدراج ملف تقدّمك وتفضيلاتك وموافقاتك (القسم 2) ضمن النسخة الاحتياطية للجهاز التي يديرها النظام (Android Backup) ونقل البيانات بين الأجهزة، إلى حساب Google الذي ضبطتَه على هاتفك. ملف حساب Google المرتبط (القسم 4) مستثنى صراحة من النسخ الاحتياطي ومن النقل: حساب حذفته لا يعود مع استعادة نسخة احتياطية، والهاتف الجديد يربط حسابه بنفسه. هذه آلية من النظام تتحكم فيها من إعدادات Android (النسخ الاحتياطي)، ولا نصل إليها نحن.

3. الأذونات التي يطلبها التطبيق

لا يطلب التطبيق الوصول إلى الموقع الجغرافي، أو جهات الاتصال، أو الصور، أو الملفات، أو الكاميرا.

4. تسجيل الدخول بحساب Google (اختياري)

يمكنك استخدام لغتي بالكامل دون أي حساب. ربط حساب Google اختياري؛ يُعرض داخل التطبيق باسم «حساب Lughati» ويُستخدم لربط تقدّمك بهويتك ولتمكين مزامنة بريميوم. لا يُنشئ لغتي حسابًا لديه ولا يطلب كلمة مرور: الربط قيد على جهازك فقط.

• كيف يعمل: يطلب التطبيق من Google رمز تعريف (ID token) عبر Android Credential Manager، بعد أن يطلب موافقتك الصريحة داخل التطبيق قبل فتح شاشة Google. يتحقق التطبيق من الرمز على الجهاز، ويحتفظ به في الذاكرة لمدة الجلسة فقط؛ لا يُكتب الرمز في أي ملف.
• ما يُقرأ ويُحفظ محليًا: معرّف Google الثابت لحسابك، اسمك، بريدك الإلكتروني، ورابط صورة ملفك الشخصي (إن وُجدت)، مع تاريخ الربط وآخر تأكيد. تُحفظ على جهازك فقط.
• ما لا يحدث: لا تُرسل هذه البيانات إلى أي خادم للمطوّر (لا يوجد خادم)، ولا تُشارك مع أطراف ثالثة، ولا يمنح تسجيل الدخول أي استحقاق مدفوع.
• إنهاء الربط: «تسجيل الخروج» من التطبيق يمسح الربط وبيانات الملف من جهازك ويطلب من Credential Manager نسيان الجلسة، ويبقى تقدّمك التعليمي كما هو. تسجيل الخروج لا يلغي الإذن الذي منحته للتطبيق لدى Google؛ يلغيه «حذف حساب Lughati» (القسم 12)، أو أزله بنفسك من إعدادات الوصول في حساب Google.

المصادقة تعالجها Google LLC وفق سياسة خصوصية Google.

5. مزامنة Google Drive (بريميوم فقط، يدوية)

• النطاق: يطلب التطبيق نطاق drive.appdata فقط، أي المجلد المخفي الخاص بالتطبيق داخل Google Drive حسابك. التطبيق لا يرى ملفاتك الأخرى في Drive.
• ما يُرفع: ملف واحد باسم lughati-learner.bundle يحوي: سجلّات مساراتك اللغوية (2.1: الدروس، المحاولات، سجلّ المراجعة، تحديد المستوى، الإنجازات، الوحدات المتخطّاة)، تفضيلاتك (2.2: اللغات والهدف، واسم العرض والعمر إن أدخلتهما)، ونقاطك وسلسلتك وهدفك اليومي ومعرّف المتعلّم العشوائي. لا يحوي بيانات حساب Google (المعرّف، الاسم، البريد، الصورة) ولا الاشتراك أو Test Pass ولا سجلّ الموافقات ولا جلسات الامتحانات ولا سجلّ التذكيرات؛ هذه تبقى على الجهاز. يحمل الملف أيضًا بيانات وصفية بسيطة (رقم النسخة، وقت التحديث، معرّف المتعلّم العشوائي).
• متى: فقط عندما تضغط «مزامنة الآن» بعد موافقتك الصريحة على المزامنة السحابية وتفويض Google.
• أين: في appDataFolder داخل Google Drive الخاص بك أنت. لا يملك المطوّر أي وصول إليه.
• الحذف: «حذف حساب Lughati» داخل التطبيق يحذف هذا الملف (القسم 12). ويمكنك حذفه بنفسك أيضًا من Google Drive: الإعدادات → إدارة التطبيقات → لغتي → حذف بيانات التطبيق المخفية.

بيان الاستخدام المحدود: يلتزم استخدام لغتي للمعلومات الواردة من واجهات Google (Google APIs)، ونقلها إلى أي تطبيق آخر، بـسياسة بيانات المستخدم لخدمات Google API، بما فيها متطلبات الاستخدام المحدود (Limited Use).

6. الإعلانات والموافقة (الخطة المجانية)

• المزوّد: Google AdMob (Google LLC) عبر Google Mobile Ads SDK.
• نوع الإعلانات: إعلان بانر في الشاشة الرئيسية في الخطة المجانية، وإعلان مكافأة اختياري يمكنك مشاهدته لإضافة دقائق تعلّم إلى حدّك اليومي. لا يُعرض إعلان المكافأة إلا بطلبك، وتُحتسب المكافأة على جهازك.
• غير مخصّصة: في هذا الإصدار يطلب التطبيق إعلانات غير مخصّصة فقط (non-personalized)، ولا يُطلب أي إعلان قبل أن تسمح حالة الموافقة بذلك.
• ما قد يجمعه SDK الإعلانات: معرّف الإعلانات (Advertising ID)، App Set ID، عنوان IP (ومنه موقع تقريبي)، التفاعل مع الإعلانات، وبيانات تشخيصية. التطبيق نفسه لا يرسل أي بيانات إلى شبكة الإعلانات. التفاصيل في صفحة Google عن بيانات Mobile Ads SDK وكيف تستخدم Google المعلومات في الإعلانات.
• الموافقة: يعرض التطبيق نموذج موافقة Google (UMP) حيث يفرضه القانون (المنطقة الاقتصادية الأوروبية والمملكة المتحدة وبعض الولايات الأمريكية)، ويحفظ SDK الإعلانات خيارك على جهازك. حين يقرّر SDK أن لك حقّ تغيير خيارك لاحقًا، يظهر في تبويب الملف → الخصوصية بند «خيارات خصوصيّة الإعلانات» يفتح نموذج Google نفسه؛ ولا يظهر لمن لا ينطبق عليه.
• تحكّمك: يمكنك إعادة ضبط معرّف الإعلانات أو حذفه من إعدادات Android (Google → الإعلانات).
• بريميوم: اشتراك «لغتي بريميوم» بلا إعلانات.

7. المدفوعات (Google Play Billing)

• المنتجات: اشتراك «لغتي بريميوم»، و«Test Pass» للغتي Test (شهر أو ثلاثة أشهر، شراء لمرة واحدة).
• المعالجة: تتم كل عمليات الدفع عبر Google Play. التطبيق لا يرى رقم بطاقتك ولا عنوانك ولا بيانات الفوترة؛ يرى فقط أن الشراء تمّ ونوعه.
• الإلغاء والاسترداد: عبر Google Play (رابط إدارة الاشتراكات موجود داخل التطبيق)، وفق شروط Google Play.
• التحقق من الشراء: لا يمنح التطبيق أي استحقاق مدفوع من تلقاء نفسه، بل يعتمد على خدمة تحقق تسأل Google Play عن الشراء. في الإصدار الحالي لم تُضبط خدمة تحقق: لا تُرسل أي بيانات شراء إلى أي خادم للمطوّر. عندما تُفعَّل في إصدار لاحق، سيُرسَل إليها رمز الشراء (purchase token) ومعرّف المنتج ومعرّف الطلب واسم الحزمة فقط — لا هوية ولا بريد ولا بيانات دفع — وسنحدّث هذه السياسة باسم مشغّل الخدمة ومدة احتفاظها بسجلّ التحقق قبل ذلك.
• الأكواد الترويجية: في الإصدار الحالي لا يمكن استبدال الأكواد (لا خدمة مضبوطة) ولا يُرسل شيء. عند تفعيلها، يُرسل الكود الذي تُدخله عبر HTTPS مع اسم الحزمة ومعرّف المتعلّم العشوائي (2.1) لمنع إعادة الاستخدام؛ لا اسم ولا بريد. يحتفظ التطبيق محليًا بعدد المحاولات وبالكود المقبول.

8. الميكروفون والتعرّف على الكلام

• يُستخدم الميكروفون في تمارين النطق فقط، وعندما تختار التسجيل بنفسك.
• يُقيَّم نطقك على جهازك بمحرّك Vosk. يُكتب التسجيل مؤقتًا في ذاكرة التطبيق المؤقتة (cache) أثناء المحاولة ثم يُحذف بعد التقييم أو عند مغادرة التمرين، وتُمسح أي بقايا عند التشغيل التالي. لا يُرسل الصوت إلى أي خادم، ولا يُحفظ تسجيل مع تقدّمك.
• يحتاج التطبيق إلى اتصال مرة واحدة لتنزيل نموذج اللغة من موقع مزوّد المحرّك (Alpha Cephei، alphacephei.com). هذا طلب تنزيل عادي لا يتضمن أي بيانات عنك.

9. الإشعارات

التذكيرات محلية بالكامل، يجدولها التطبيق على جهازك. لا توجد خدمة إشعارات سحابية ولا Firebase. يُطلب إذن الإشعارات بعد أول درس تُنهيه، ويمكنك إيقافها في أي وقت من إعدادات التطبيق أو إعدادات النظام.

10. الأصوات التعليمية داخل التطبيق

قد تُنتَج المقاطع الصوتية التعليمية في لغتي بتقنيات تحويل النص إلى كلام مقدَّمة من جهات خارجية. هذه المقاطع مولَّدة آليًا وليست تسجيلات لمتحدثين حقيقيين، ولا تدّعي لغتي ملكية أي أصوات أو بيانات تدريب أو مواد تابعة لأطراف ثالثة قد تكون مرتبطة بتلك النماذج. البيان الكامل متاح داخل التطبيق (الملف → عن الأصوات في التطبيق). هذا البند يتعلق بمحتوى التطبيق ولا يتضمن أي معالجة لبياناتك.

11. ما لا يفعله لغتي

• لا يستخدم أدوات تحليلات (analytics) ولا تقارير أعطال.
• لا يبيع بياناتك، ولا يشاركها مع معلنين غير Google AdMob في الخطة المجانية.
• لا يصل إلى جهات الاتصال أو الصور أو الملفات أو الموقع الجغرافي.
• لا ينشئ حسابًا لدى المطوّر ولا يطلب كلمة مرور.
• لا يرسل صوتك إلى أي مكان.

12. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات وحذفها

لأن بياناتك على جهازك، فإن حذفها بيدك:

• حذف حساب Lughati (من داخل التطبيق): في تبويب الملف → بطاقة الحساب → «حذف حساب Lughati». بعد تأكيدك، يحذف التطبيق بالترتيب: ملف لغتي من مجلد التطبيق المخفي في Google Drive الخاص بك (بالإذن نفسه، وقد يطلب Google تأكيده)، ثم يطلب من Google إلغاء إذن لغتي للوصول إلى حسابك (عبر نقطة إلغاء الرموز الرسمية لدى Google)، ثم — بعد أن تقرأ النتيجة — يمسح كل بيانات لغتي على الجهاز ويعود إلى شاشة البداية. إن فشل حذف نسخة Drive لا يُمسح شيء ويُخبرك التطبيق بالسبب. لا يُحذف حساب Google نفسه ولا سجلّات مشترياتك لدى Google Play.
• محليًا فقط: «حذف البيانات» في تبويب الملف يسجّل خروجك، ويلغي التذكيرات، ويمسح كل ما يخزّنه التطبيق على الجهاز (التقدّم، التفضيلات، ملف الحساب، سجلّ الموافقات، الامتحانات)، ويعيد التطبيق إلى شاشة البداية. لا يحذف نسخة Drive ولا يلغي الإذن لدى Google. إلغاء تثبيت التطبيق يحذف بيانات الجهاز أيضًا (مع ملاحظة النسخة الاحتياطية للنظام في 2.4).
• حساب Google: «تسجيل الخروج» من التطبيق (يمسح ملف الحساب من الجهاز)، ثم إزالة صلاحية لغتي من حساب Google.
• Google Drive: لا يحذف التطبيق نسخة Drive في هذا الإصدار؛ احذف بيانات التطبيق المخفية من إعدادات Drive كما في القسم 5.
• الإعلانات: أعد ضبط معرّف الإعلانات أو احذفه من إعدادات Android.
• المشتريات: تحتفظ Google Play بسجلات مشترياتك وفق سياستها؛ لا نتحكم نحن فيها.

الخطوات كاملة ومرتّبة في صفحة حذف الحساب والبيانات. ولطلب حذف عبر البريد، راسلنا على العنوان في القسم 18؛ نسعى للرد على الطلبات في أقرب وقت ممكن.

13. حقوقك

بحسب بلد إقامتك، قد يكون لك حق الاطلاع على بياناتك وتصحيحها وحذفها والاعتراض على معالجتها وسحب موافقتك. في لغتي تمارس معظم هذه الحقوق مباشرة من جهازك: بياناتك ظاهرة داخل التطبيق، وموافقاتك قابلة للسحب (تسجيل الخروج، إيقاف المزامنة، خيارات الخصوصية للإعلانات)، والحذف بالخطوات أعلاه. ولأي طلب آخر، تواصل معنا (القسم 18).

14. الأطفال

لغتي موجَّه لمن هم في الثالثة عشرة فما فوق، ولا نجمع عن قصد بيانات ممن هم دون ذلك. إذا أُدخل في الملف عمر أقل من 13، يطلب التطبيق من شبكة الإعلانات معاملة طلباته على أنها موجَّهة لطفل (بلا إعلانات مخصّصة ولا معرّف إعلانات)، ويظل كل التعلّم على الجهاز. إذا كنت وليّ أمر وتعتقد أن طفلًا قدّم لنا بيانات عبر التواصل معنا، راسلنا لنحذفها.

15. الأمن

تُحفظ بياناتك في مساحة التطبيق الخاصة على جهازك، التي يحميها نظام Android من التطبيقات الأخرى. الاتصالات مع خدمات Google ومع خدمة التحقق (إن وُجدت) تتم عبر HTTPS. لا يستضيف المطوّر بيانات المستخدمين، فلا توجد قاعدة بيانات مركزية يمكن اختراقها. ننصحك بحماية هاتفك بقفل شاشة.

عند تعديل السياسة نحدّث تاريخ «آخر تحديث» ورقم الإصدار أعلى هذه الصفحة، وإذا كان التغيير جوهريًا نُعلمك داخل التطبيق. النسخة المنشورة هنا هي المرجع.

1. Who we are and what this policy covers

Lughati (لغتي) is a language-learning app for Android provided by Lughati (لغتي) ("we"). This policy explains what happens to your data when you use the app, where it is stored, who processes it, and how you control or delete it.

This policy applies to the app and to this website wherever they are used. It does not apply to the Google services the app talks to; each has its own policy, listed in section 16.

2. What is stored on your device (and never leaves it)

Lughati is built to work locally. The following is kept in the app's private storage on your phone and is not sent to us or to any third party except in the cases explicitly described in sections 4 to 7:

2.1 Your learning progress

• Per language course: completed lessons, lesson attempts and their results, a history of every item you learned (used to schedule spaced-repetition review), units you tested out of, and achievements.
• Your placement-test result (the estimated level per skill).
• Your streak, daily goal and today's activity, points and lifetime XP, and the free plan's daily usage counter.
• In-app test and exam sittings, their results and record.
• A random learner identifier generated by the app on first launch (not your device ID and not the advertising ID), used to tell this device's copy apart during sync.

2.2 Your preferences

• Interface language, the language you are learning, your learning goal and the start mode you chose.
• The display name you choose in the app and an optional age field (3 to 120). Age does not change content and is not sent to anyone; its only use is that, if the age entered is under 13, the app asks the ad network to treat requests as child-directed, and if it is 13 to 15, tells it the user may be under the age of consent (section 6). Both are part of the preferences that travel with sync if you enable it (section 5).
• Reminder settings and a log of the reminders shown to you.

2.3 Consent log

When you agree to link a Google account or to cloud sync, the app records locally that you agreed and when, so that it does not ask again unnecessarily.

2.4 Android system backup

The app allows Android to include your progress, preferences and consents file (section 2) in the device backup managed by the system (Android Backup) and in device-to-device transfer, to the Google account configured on your phone. The linked Google account's profile file (section 4) is explicitly excluded from backup and from transfer: an account you deleted does not come back with a restored backup, and a new phone links its account itself. This is a system mechanism you control from Android settings (Backup); we have no access to it.

3. Permissions the app asks for

The app does not request location, contacts, photos, files or camera access.

4. Signing in with Google (optional)

You can use all of Lughati without an account. Linking a Google account is optional; it appears in the app as "Lughati account" and is used to tie your progress to your identity and to enable Premium sync. Lughati creates no account of its own and asks for no password: the link is a record on your device only.

• How it works: the app requests an ID token from Google through Android Credential Manager, after asking for your explicit consent inside the app before the Google screen opens. The app verifies the token on the device and holds it in memory for the session only; the token is never written to a file.
• What is read and stored locally: your account's stable Google ID, your name, your email address and the link to your profile picture (if any), together with the date of linking and of the last confirmation. They are stored on your device only.
• What does not happen: this data is not sent to any developer server (there is none), is not shared with third parties, and signing in grants no paid entitlement.
• Unlinking: "Sign out" in the app clears the link and the profile data from your device and asks Credential Manager to forget the session; your learning progress stays. Signing out does not revoke the permission you granted the app at Google; "Delete Lughati account" (section 12) revokes it, or remove it yourself from your Google account permissions.

Authentication is processed by Google LLC under the Google Privacy Policy.

5. Google Drive sync (Premium only, manual)

• Scope: the app requests the drive.appdata scope only — the app's own hidden folder inside your Google Drive. The app cannot see your other Drive files.
• What is uploaded: a single file named lughati-learner.bundle containing: your course records (2.1: lessons, attempts, review history, placement, achievements, tested-out units), your preferences (2.2: languages and goal, and your display name and age if you entered them), and your points, streak, daily goal and the random learner identifier. It does not contain Google account data (ID, name, email, picture), the subscription or Test Pass, the consent log, exam sittings or the reminder log; those stay on the device. The file also carries simple metadata (format version, update time, the random learner identifier).
• When: only when you tap "Sync now", after you have explicitly agreed to cloud sync and authorized Google.
• Where: in the appDataFolder of your own Google Drive. The developer has no access to it.
• Deletion: "Delete Lughati account" in the app deletes this file (section 12). You can also delete it yourself from Google Drive: Settings → Manage apps → Lughati → Delete hidden app data.

Limited Use disclosure: Lughati's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

6. Ads and consent (free plan)

• Provider: Google AdMob (Google LLC) through the Google Mobile Ads SDK.
• Ad types: a banner ad on the home screen on the free plan, plus an optional rewarded ad you may watch to add learning minutes to your daily allowance. A rewarded ad is shown only when you ask for it, and the reward is counted on your device.
• Non-personalized: in this version the app requests non-personalized ads only, and requests no ad until the consent state allows it.
• What the ads SDK may collect: Advertising ID, App Set ID, IP address (and from it an approximate location), ad interactions and diagnostic data. The app itself sends nothing to the ad network. Details in Google's Mobile Ads SDK data disclosure and how Google uses information in advertising.
• Consent: the app shows Google's consent form (UMP) where the law requires it (EEA, UK and certain US states), and the ads SDK stores your choice on your device. When the SDK decides you are entitled to change that choice later, the Profile tab → Privacy shows an "Ad privacy options" entry that opens Google's own form; it is not shown to people it does not apply to.
• Your control: you can reset or delete your Advertising ID in Android settings (Google → Ads).
• Premium: the Lughati Premium subscription has no ads.

7. Purchases (Google Play Billing)

• Products: the "Lughati Premium" subscription, and the "Test Pass" for Lughati Test (one month or three months, one-time purchase).
• Processing: every payment goes through Google Play. The app never sees your card number, address or billing details; it only learns that a purchase was made and which one.
• Cancellation and refunds: through Google Play (a manage-subscriptions link is inside the app), under the Google Play Terms.
• Purchase verification: the app never grants a paid entitlement on its own; it relies on a verification service that asks Google Play about the purchase. In the current version no verification service is configured: no purchase data is sent to any developer server. When one is enabled in a later version, it will receive only the purchase token, product ID, order ID and package name — no identity, email or payment details — and we will update this policy with the operator's name and its record-retention period before that.
• Promo codes: in the current version codes cannot be redeemed (no service is configured) and nothing is sent. When enabled, a code you enter is sent over HTTPS with the package name and the random learner identifier (2.1) to prevent reuse; no name or email. The app keeps the attempt count and the accepted code locally.

8. Microphone and speech recognition

• The microphone is used for pronunciation exercises only, and only when you choose to record.
• Your pronunciation is assessed on your device by the Vosk engine. The take is written temporarily to the app's cache while you record, deleted after assessment or when you leave the exercise, and any leftovers are swept on the next launch. Audio is never sent to a server, and no recording is stored with your progress.
• A connection is needed once to download the language model from the engine provider's site (Alpha Cephei, alphacephei.com). This is an ordinary download request that carries no data about you.

9. Notifications

Reminders are entirely local, scheduled by the app on your device. There is no push service and no Firebase. Notification permission is requested after your first completed lesson, and you can turn reminders off at any time from the app or from system settings.

10. Lesson audio inside the app

Lughati's educational audio clips may be produced with text-to-speech technologies provided by third parties. These clips are machine-generated rather than recordings of real speakers, and Lughati claims no ownership of any voices, training data or third-party materials that may be associated with those models. The full notice is available inside the app (Profile → About the audio in the app). This item concerns the app's content and involves no processing of your data.

11. What Lughati does not do

• No analytics tools and no crash reporting.
• No selling of your data, and no sharing with advertisers other than Google AdMob on the free plan.
• No access to contacts, photos, files or location.
• No developer account and no password.
• Your voice is never sent anywhere.

12. Retention and deletion

Because your data lives on your device, deleting it is in your hands:

• Delete Lughati account (in the app): Profile tab → account card → "Delete Lughati account". After you confirm, the app deletes, in order: Lughati's file from the hidden app folder of your Google Drive (with the same permission; Google may ask you to confirm it), then asks Google to revoke Lughati's access to your account (through Google's official token-revocation endpoint), then — once you have read the result — wipes all Lughati data on the device and returns to the first screen. If the Drive copy cannot be deleted, nothing is wiped and the app tells you why. Your Google account itself and your Google Play purchase records are not deleted.
• Locally only: "Delete data" in the Profile tab signs you out, cancels reminders, wipes everything the app stores on the device (progress, preferences, the account profile, the consent log, exams) and returns the app to its first screen. It does not delete the Drive copy and does not revoke the permission at Google. Uninstalling the app also deletes the device data (see the system backup note in 2.4).
• Google account: "Sign out" in the app (clears the account profile from the device), then remove Lughati's access in your Google account.
• Google Drive: the app does not delete the Drive copy in this version; delete the hidden app data from Drive settings as described in section 5.
• Ads: reset or delete your Advertising ID in Android settings.
• Purchases: Google Play keeps your purchase records under its own policy; we do not control them.

The complete, ordered steps are on the Delete account and data page. To request deletion by email, write to the address in section 18; we aim to respond to requests as soon as reasonably possible.

13. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to object to its processing and to withdraw consent. In Lughati you exercise most of these rights directly from your device: your data is visible inside the app, your consents can be withdrawn (sign out, stop syncing, ad privacy options), and deletion follows the steps above. For anything else, contact us (section 18).

14. Children

Lughati is intended for people aged 13 and over, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger. If an age under 13 is entered in the profile, the app asks the ad network to treat its requests as child-directed (no personalized ads and no advertising ID), and all learning stays on the device. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has sent us data by contacting us, write to us and we will delete it.

15. Security

Your data is kept in the app's private storage on your device, which Android protects from other apps. Communication with Google services and with the verification service (if any) uses HTTPS. The developer hosts no user data, so there is no central database to breach. We recommend protecting your phone with a screen lock.
