حذف الحساب والبيانات

ما الذي يعنيه «الحساب» في لغتي؟

لغتي لا يحتفظ ببياناتك على خادم للمطوّر ولا يطلب كلمة مرور. «حساب Lughati» داخل التطبيق هو ربط حساب Google بالتطبيق على جهازك. كل ما لديك موجود في ثلاثة أماكن على الأكثر، وكلها تحت سيطرتك:

  • جهازك: تقدّمك وتفضيلاتك وسجلّ موافقاتك.
  • حساب Google (إن ربطته): صلاحية تسجيل الدخول التي منحتها للتطبيق لدى Google، وبيانات ملفك (المعرّف، الاسم، البريد، رابط الصورة) المحفوظة على جهازك فقط.
  • Google Drive الخاص بك (إن استخدمت مزامنة بريميوم): ملف واحد بتقدّمك وتفضيلاتك (بما فيها اسم العرض والعمر إن أدخلتهما) في مجلد التطبيق المخفي.

الطريقة الأولى: من داخل التطبيق (موصى بها)

افتح لغتي → تبويب الملف → بطاقة حساب Lughati → «حذف حساب Lughati» → أكّد. ينفّذ التطبيق بالترتيب:

  1. حذف نسخة Google Drive

    يحذف ملف lughati-learner.bundle من مجلد التطبيق المخفي في Drive الخاص بك، بالإذن نفسه الذي تستخدمه المزامنة (قد يطلب Google تأكيده). إن لم توافق أو تعذّر الحذف، يتوقف التطبيق ولا يمسح شيئًا ويخبرك بالسبب.

  2. إلغاء إذن لغتي في حساب Google

    يطلب من Google إلغاء الإذن الممنوح للتطبيق. إن لم يؤكّد Google الإلغاء، يخبرك التطبيق لتزيله بنفسك (الطريقة الثانية، الخطوة 3).

  3. مسح بيانات لغتي على الجهاز

    بعد أن تقرأ النتيجة وتضغط «إغلاق ومسح الجهاز»: يُمسح التقدّم والتفضيلات وملف الحساب وسجلّ الموافقات والامتحانات والتذكيرات، ويعود التطبيق إلى شاشة البداية.

لا يُحذف حساب Google نفسه، ولا سجلّات مشترياتك لدى Google Play (تُلغى الاشتراكات من Google Play).

الطريقة الثانية: يدويًا (إن لم يكن التطبيق مثبّتًا)

الخطوات نفسها بيدك، من حساب Google ومن الجهاز، ولا تحتاج إلى مراسلتنا.

  1. احذف نسخة Drive (إن كنت قد زامنت)

    افتح Google Drive → الإعدادات → إدارة التطبيقات → لغتي → حذف بيانات التطبيق المخفية. هذا يحذف ملف lughati-learner.bundle من مجلد التطبيق المخفي في Drive الخاص بك.

  2. سجّل الخروج من التطبيق (إن كنت قد ربطت حساب Google)

    من تبويب الملف → تسجيل الخروج. يمسح هذا ربط الحساب وبيانات ملفك (الاسم والبريد ومعرّف Google) من جهازك. تقدّمك التعليمي يبقى حتى تنفّذ الخطوة 4.

  3. أزل صلاحية لغتي من حساب Google

    افتح الخدمات التي لها وصول إلى حسابك، اختر لغتي، ثم إزالة الوصول. بهذا لا يبقى للتطبيق أي ارتباط بحسابك لدى Google.

  4. احذف بيانات التطبيق على الجهاز

    من تبويب الملف → حذف البيانات. يسجّل خروجك (إن لم تكن قد فعلت)، ويلغي التذكيرات، ويمسح كل ما يخزّنه التطبيق على هذا الجهاز: التقدّم، التفضيلات، ملف الحساب، سجلّ الموافقات، والامتحانات، ثم يعيد التطبيق إلى شاشة البداية. إلغاء تثبيت التطبيق يحذف بيانات الجهاز أيضًا.

  5. اختياري: النسخة الاحتياطية للنظام ومعرّف الإعلانات

    إن كان النسخ الاحتياطي لـ Android مفعّلًا، فقد تبقى نسخة من بيانات التطبيق في نسخة جهازك الاحتياطية لدى Google؛ يمكنك إدارتها من إعدادات Android → النسخ الاحتياطي. ولإنهاء أي ارتباط إعلاني، أعد ضبط معرّف الإعلانات أو احذفه من إعدادات Android → Google → الإعلانات.

الطريقة الثالثة: طلب عبر البريد

إن لم تستطع تنفيذ الطريقتين أعلاه، أو أردت تأكيدًا كتابيًا، راسلنا من البريد الذي تستخدمه مع التطبيق (إن كنت قد ربطت حساب Google) واذكر أنك تطلب «حذف بيانات لغتي». الرد يدوي وليس فوريًا:

نسعى للرد على الطلبات في أقرب وقت ممكن. لاحظ أننا لا نستطيع الوصول إلى جهازك ولا إلى Drive الخاص بك، لذا سيكون ردّنا إرشادًا بالخطوات أو تأكيدًا بأنه لا توجد بيانات لديك عندنا.

ما الذي لا يمكننا فعله: لا نستطيع الوصول إلى جهازك ولا إلى Drive الخاص بك ولا إلى حساب Google؛ لذلك يكون ردّنا على طلب بالبريد إرشادًا بالخطوات، أو تأكيدًا بأنه لا توجد بيانات لديك عندنا. حذف حساب Google نفسه يتم من Google وليس منّا.

Delete account and data

What "account" means in Lughati

Lughati keeps no user data on a developer server and asks for no password. The "Lughati account" inside the app is a Google account linked to the app on your device. Everything you have lives in at most three places, all under your control:

  • Your device: your progress, preferences and consent log.
  • Your Google account (if linked): the sign-in permission you granted the app at Google, and your profile data (ID, name, email, picture link) stored on your device only.
  • Your own Google Drive (if you used Premium sync): one file with your progress and preferences (including your display name and age if you entered them) in the app's hidden folder.

Way 1: inside the app (recommended)

Open Lughati → Profile tab → the Lughati account card → "Delete Lughati account" → confirm. The app then does, in order:

  1. Delete the Google Drive copy

    Deletes the lughati-learner.bundle file from the hidden app folder of your Drive, with the same permission sync uses (Google may ask you to confirm it). If you decline or the deletion fails, the app stops, wipes nothing and tells you why.

  2. Revoke Lughati's access to your Google account

    Asks Google to revoke the permission granted to the app. If Google does not confirm, the app tells you so you can remove it yourself (Way 2, step 3).

  3. Wipe Lughati's data on the device

    After you read the result and tap "Close and wipe this device": progress, preferences, the account profile, the consent log, exams and reminders are wiped, and the app returns to its first screen.

Your Google account itself is not deleted, nor are your Google Play purchase records (subscriptions are cancelled through Google Play).

Way 2: by hand (if the app is no longer installed)

The same steps, done by you from your Google account and your device; none requires writing to us.

  1. Delete the Drive copy (if you ever synced)

    Open Google Drive → Settings → Manage apps → Lughati → Delete hidden app data. This removes the lughati-learner.bundle file from the app's hidden folder in your Drive.

  2. Sign out of the app (if you linked a Google account)

    From the Profile tab → Sign out. This clears the account link and your profile data (name, email, Google ID) from your device. Your learning progress remains until step 4.

  3. Remove Lughati's access from your Google account

    Open Third-party apps with account access, choose Lughati, then Remove access. After this the app has no remaining link to your account at Google.

  4. Delete the app's data on the device

    From the Profile tab → Delete data. This signs you out (if you have not already), cancels reminders, and wipes everything the app stores on this device: progress, preferences, the account profile, the consent log and exams, then returns the app to its first screen. Uninstalling the app also deletes the device data.

  5. Optional: system backup and Advertising ID

    If Android backup is on, a copy of the app's data may remain in your device backup at Google; manage it from Android settings → Backup. To end any advertising link, reset or delete your Advertising ID from Android settings → Google → Ads.

Way 3: request by email

If you cannot use the two ways above, or want written confirmation, write to us from the email you use with the app (if you linked a Google account) and say that you are requesting "deletion of my Lughati data". Replies are handled by hand and are not instant:

We aim to respond to requests as soon as reasonably possible. Note that we cannot reach your device or your Drive, so our reply will be guidance through the steps or confirmation that we hold no data about you.

What we cannot do: we have no access to your device, your Drive or your Google account, so our reply to an email request is guidance through the steps, or confirmation that we hold no data about you. Deleting the Google account itself is done at Google, not by us.
